TURNING HEADS

WE ALL KNOW THAT FEELING.  That moment when a presence so beautiful enters a room and  suddenly all the energy changes.  Heads turn, conversations halt, and breaths are held.  Everything freezes in mid stream as glances become glares. And not even the wait staff seem to be moving. Slowly. Awkwardly. the room regains composure but secretly your eyes are still following as this heavenly being makes its way to its table.

THIS, DEAR FRIEND IS 
SCALLOP ENVY. 

And it’s happening all the time here at OCEANOS. We never intended  for  them to be such a head turner, but to be fair, our U10 scallops are  breathtaking.  Sizzling, plump,  giants of meaty sweetness. Damn but these beauts can not take a bad IG pic! (Especially showing off their pan seared golden finish.)  

We all know looks aren’t everything. It’s what’s on the inside that counts, right? 

WELL GUESS WHAT? This is where our scallops are at their beautiful best! 
So much delicious protein is packed in these huge n’ juicy, wild caught, day boat fresh morsels.  (Yes! Keto fans, rejoice!)  Every plate boasts over half a pound of these sweet,
pan seared scallops, lavishing seductively over a bed of sautéed spinach and
surrounded in roasted lemon potatoes.  

No wonder they turn heads.
