From the moment guests walk in, every detail needs to evoke emotion and sensory sensations right down to the magic of surprise.
‘When we worked with OCEANOS for an intimate celebrity roast, we used their NIKOLAS ROOM (some call it the SINATRA room) not just for its elegance, but for its nostalgia and charm. We set the tone with live jazz, assorted champagnes from their 240 choices, and added a playful twist on their Alaska King crab legs. (ask for it, your guests will thank you!)

The Who’s Who is always nice, but when it comes to dynamics at your event, it’s all about Who’s Where.
That’s why, for a recent dinner event in OCEANOS’ WINE CELLAR, we placed our guest influencers in a way that sparked animation and interest. Surrounded by a room filled with the world’s rarest wines was a natural conversation starter in itself... And then there were the salmon and filet mignon mains, paired with the rare vintages chosen by Niko himself...

The real secret to throwing an event that stands out is introducing the unexpected. It’s the detail that no one saw coming that makes an event legendary. For a holiday company party in the ROCK GARDEN, Lyuba (who single-handedly creates OCEANOS magical themes every season!) helped us to morph the garden into a winter wonderland.
Think: faux snow, roaring fires, and a dessert bar featuring warm pastries paired with rare, spiced dessert wines.
Confession:
We’ve had events go wrong in the past at other venues—incorrect dish timings, missing equipment, and servers who aren’t briefed — we learned quickly about the art of seamless execution and love that OCEANOS is a dream partner for this. They come together in a way that feels soooo effortless.
For a private corporate launch we hosted, Niko worked with us to customize the timing down to the minute around the purpose of the evening. Each course from the oyster starters to the scallops and surfn’turf mains were meticulously timed and served with a quiet, intuitive grace that flowed seemlessly in the background amid overhead presentations and animated discussions. The attention to detail was flawless, and phew! the event unfolded naturally

Let’s talk. vibe is everything. The right lighting, music, and ambiance can turn an ordinary space into something magical. When we were asked to host an engagement party in the Rock Garden, (we affectionately call it Eden) the natural beauty of the garden, enhanced by soft twinkling lights and cascading floral arrangements were perfect for the sensation of enchantment we were looking for. The space felt like a secret garden straight out of a fairytale. Guests commented all night on how they felt like they’d been transported to another world.
